About the Conference
Shaping the Future of Inclusive Growth

The Inclusive Capital and Community Conference at Stanford Graduate School of Business brought together students, faculty, alumni, and professionals committed to building opportunity through business and celebrating the accomplishments of Hispanic and Latine business leaders.

Hosted by the Hispanic Business Student Association (HBSA), this conference explored how leaders deploy capital and build enduring institutions to broaden upward mobility. Through the lenses of finance & investing, entrepreneurship, and healthcare, it examined the strategies the next generation needs to drive lasting impact and scale organizations.

While the conference centered Hispanic and Latine leadership, the ideas and frameworks discussed were relevant to all leaders seeking to create inclusive growth and lasting impact across communities.

Framing Question
